Clyde North Properties – Thompsons Run

Thompsons Run is a boutique 170-lot community located near the heart of one of Australia’s biggest growth corridors.

Vive’s strategy for Thompsons Run was based on its location, hidden away from the main roads. This strategy then led to a strong positioning, ‘Your Precious Hideaway,’ and a distinctive key-based brandmark and logo. The design also uses elements of a farm’s branding iron to bind the Thompsons Run name to the equine history of the area.

Since its launch, Thompsons Run has enjoyed healthy sales, an impressive result in spite of its size and it having no sales office.

Villawood Properties – Montego Hills

Montego Hills by Villawood Properties is a residential community located in Kingsholme, Queensland. Nestled between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Montego Hills offers large, rural-style, undulating blocks.

Vive Group developed the brand positioning and visual language around the concept of ‘Live Large’ to encapsulate the unique acreage lifestyle offering. Vive Group’s strategy and creative work has assisted in generating strong enquiry and sales since launch.

Villawood Properties – Delaray

Delaray is situated in the highly competitive South Eastern growth corridor of Melbourne.

Vive Group developed a contemporary and regal-style emblem emphasising the future community’s key attributes and premium facilities. The name ‘Delaray’ was devised as a derivative of ‘Del Ray’ meaning ‘of the kings.

Vive Group’s bold creative strategy and positioning statement of ‘Nothing Compares’ not only describes the community’s key attributes and facilities, but can also be used to describe its unprecedented sales rate of over 25 lots per month since launch.

Villawood Properties – ‘Cheques You In’ Campaign

How do you re-invent a fresh and new campaign message for a tactical offer that has gone to market on several occasions? By developing a youthful, bold approach that not only re-engages the target audience, but also reinvigorates a strong sense of brand awareness. The focus of this campaign was the ease of obtaining the monetary benefits, which Vive Group successfully communicated across all campaign touch points and generated high levels of enquiry and visitation online as well as on-site.

Pask Group – Paragon

Paragon, a residential community by award winning developer Pask Group, needed a boost in enquiry and sales levels. Vive Group focused on Paragon’s key features and benefits to develop a a common brand theme and essence whilst linking each of these with a new advertising tagline – ‘Let’s Play Here’.

‘Let’s Play Here’ and the creation of an energetic and vibrant main project brochure, successfully communicated to the target audience Paragon’s proximity to both the Point Cook Coastal Reserve and Saltwater Reserve, a new sporting precinct adjacent to Paragon.

Mayfield Lamps – 2014/15 Catalogue 

Mayfield Lamps wanted to produce a showpiece catalogue to help celebrate its 70th year in business. Vive Group took inspiration from Mayfield Lamps’ history, heritage and continued innovation.

To ensure tight deadlines were met, Vive Group developed a project plan and undertook concept development collaboratively within the studio to half the time it normally takes to develop the catalogue’s structure and pagination.

Lively and energetic! With Skylands being a potential key benchmark project for Villawood Properties in NSW, Vive Group had to create impact from the get-go. The project’s USP is elevation and connectivity, with the train station literally at your doorstep. Vibrant, uplifting colours, and imagery communicates a balanced and engaging lifestyle that Skylands will offer. This energised look and feel has been executed on all touch-points for the consumer from print collateral, signage, through to online.
