Little white pockets of pure joy is how we describe Shao-long Bao (soup dumplings) at Hutong. Each dumpling delicately hand crafted in-house, the skin tender, smooth and filled with a delicious, warming sweet soup, a truly gratifying surprise when it bursts into your mouth.

Dip the dumplings into some tangy black vinegar and sliced ginger sauce, and you’ll taste a little piece of heaven.

The pork dumpling creations originated from eastern China, especially from Shanghai and Wuxi. Now making its presence at Hutong, Prahran and its original big sister restaurant at Melbourne’s renowned Market Lane.
