Alamanda is a master planned community consisting of 1,500 residential lots in Point Cook.
Vive Group developed a brand identity and positioning for this resort-style community. The development’s name ‘Alamanda’ is a type of tropical flowering plant, which also became the inspiration for the secondary visual language.
This language was then adopted and incorporated by the developer into the beautiful art installations located throughout the community.
Vive Group further positioned and launched the super display village which brought in over 800 visitors on opening day. The destination created a demand with migration from other areas in Melbourne as well as local takeup.
Successful deliverables for the project include: brand development and creative strategy, photography art direction and styling, signage, interior design and sales suite point of sale, website, video/multimedia piece, TVC, radio, press advertising/campaigns and marketing brochures.
