OVERVIEW

Brown Property Group approached Vive Group to develop the brand and identity of their very first shopping centre, The Avenue Village Shopping Centre.

RESULT

With strong competitors in the Cranbourne North area, Vive Group positioned the shopping centre as ‘Your Everyday Local’. Organic textures and colours tones conveyed the fresh and local convenience of its retailers and created an overall relaxed community feel.

With direct mail, weekly advertisements in local papers, signage, a website and a social media campaign, news spread quickly: The Avenue Village was truly to become an everyday local. The grand opening event was organised to support the official commencement of all retailers and it successfully welcomed over 500 visitors.

Over the following 6 months with various ongoing campaigns, The Avenue Village Shopping Centre effectively developed a loyal community of shoppers.
