Clyde North Properties engaged Vive Group to help launch a boutique 170-lot community in one of Australia’s biggest growth corridors.
Vive created a strategy for Thompsons Run based on its location hidden away from the main roads. This led to a positioning line of ‘Your Precious Hideaway’ and the key icon used in the logo.
The logo also contained elements of the branding iron used on farms to link the name to the equine history of the location.
Part of the campaign included rewarding those who registered with a list of the Top 5 Secret Places in the nearby area.
Since its launch, Thompsons Run has experienced strong levels of enquiry with the branding going on to win silver at the Melbourne Design Awards 2016.
