Vive Group’s challenge was to repackage Villawood Properties’ sales promotion, ‘Villawood will pay for your builders deposit.’ It was a strong value-add offer that had flooded the market place for 18 months prior.
The opportunity given to Vive Group was to reinvigorate the sales message and provide cut through to the target audience.
A bold campaign idea was developed. The focus being, ‘money talks.’ The genuine offering from the client being that they would physically hand over a cheque of up to $25K if you visit their sales centre and purchase your brand new dream home at one of their participating communities.
Vive Group’s creative campaign, not only created a high level of enquiry but encouraged visitation to the various communites. Enquiry levels on each project increased by over 200% during the campaign period.
The look and feel of the creative was youthful, strong and on trend. It appealed to the primary audience of first home buyers. The campaign organically created strong brand awareness for Villawood Properties and their projects. Web traffic significantly increased on both their corporate and individual community sites.
