Project: Intrapac Projects - Meadow Springs

Objective: Create a brand identity that captures the down to earth essence of the Meadow Springs site, as well as represent its accessibility and convenience, whilst speaking to a specified target market. A vibrant colour palette and design with stylised textures creates good cut-through amongst competitors

Project: PEET - Livingston, Cranbourne East

Objective: Create a brand identity that captures the Village chic essence of the Livingston site. The brand speaks to a demographic of upgraders in a nostalgic and stylised tone. The unique photography style and bold colour palette creates a distinctive visual presence in a busy market segment

Objective: Create a fresh and innovative brand for one of four new Peet communities in Melbourne’s North that both worked together with the other 3 projects, yet remained distinctive and individually competitive in its positioning by creating a strong cut-through against nearby estates
