After managing the business and financial operations of an advertising agency for over 6 years, Chen co-founded Vive Group.

Passionate about always delivering excellent creative services within our clients' budgets and timeframes, Chen is always developing supplier and affiliate relationships to ensure the most competitive prices and newest initiatives are presented to clients.

Importantly, having a Marketing degree and background, Chen understands the requirements of our clients and the importance of strategic insights balanced with creative initiatives.

Creative Director: Cindy Tan
After almost 10 years managing a design agency, Cindy founded Vive Group in 2007.

In addition to working with clients from the property and construction industries to wholesale and retail clients, Cindy has the unique quality of converting corporate objectives into creative genius.

Having direct client liaison, allows Cindy to always be in touch with the real and practical requirements of our clients. This hands on service combined with constant industry interaction, ensures Cindy is always at the forefront of the latest design innovations and initiatives.

Vive Group's design team is dedicated and committed to exceeding our clients' expectations.

With diverse backgrounds and experiences, our designers ensure the delivery of excellent design and creative solutions for all projects. In addition, our focus is always on meeting deadlines whilst maximising the benefits of our creative insights.

Strategic Planner/Account Director: Marianna Malkin
With a Bachelor of Business Marketing and a Diploma in Interior Design, Marianna has over eight years in the industry, the last two of which was the management of an advertising agency.

Some of her previous clients include many of the biggest names in the industry and she has managed projects worth over $5 billion in the last decade.

Marianna offers clients a strategic approach to advertising - tailoring and managing campaigns to meet specific objectives and target particular buyer targets.

Pia has a strong background in agency management and a degree in Marketing. She oversees production, media planning and is always available to handle any client enquiries.
