With a Bachelor of Business Marketing, Marianna has over 10 years of experience in the industry. the last 2 of which have been management of an advertising agency.

Marianna offers clients a strategic approach to advertising: able to tailor and manage campaigns to meet specific objectives and target particular buyer targets.

Cindy Tan

After almost 10 years managing a design agency, Cindy founded Vive Group in 2007. Having experience working with clients from the property and construction industries to wholesale and retail clients, Cindy has the unique quality of converting corporate objectives into creative genius.

Having direct client liaison, allows Cindy to always be in touch with the real and practical requirements of our clients. This hands on service combined with constant industry interaction, ensures Cindy is always at the forefront of the latest design innovations and initiatives.

Bianca Caretti

Following a Bachelor of Communications at Monash University, Bianca began her career on the client side as a Marketing Manager before taking the leap to the agency side.

After 4 years in ‘AdLand’, Bianca’s mix of client and agency experience has given her a unique perspective and valuable insight. Driven by strategy and with a keen eye for detail, Bianca has managed the brand comms and advertising for clients across a wide range of sectors including government, tourism, property, sports, automotive and telecommunications.

Belinda Wilmann

With a Bachelor of Business Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Management, Belinda has experience in project marketing and sales, project management and market research within the property industry, as well as marketing and event management within the government sector. Belinda possesses strong attention to detail and is extremely attentive to our clients' needs.

Chen Tan

After managing the business and financial operations of an advertising agency for over 6 years, Chen co-founded Vive Group..

Passionate about always delivering excellent creative services within our clients’ budgets and timeframes, Chen is always working supplier and affiliate relationships to ensure the most competitive prices and newest initiatives are presented to clients.

Importantly, having a Marketing degree and background, Chen is instrumental in strategic campaign developed whenever required by clients.

With a background in agency office management, account service and research, Pia’s wide advertising and marketing experience is a great asset to the team.

Pia is accomplished in market research and its disciplines. Pia holds both a Bachelor of Business Marketing and Bachelor of Business Management and has considerable marketing strategy, branding and product development experience.
