With over 15 years of managing several advertising and design agencies, Cindy founded Vive Group in 2007. Having had experience working with clients across a variety of industries from property, infrastructure, packaging, to retail clients, Cindy has the unique quality of converting corporate objectives into creative genius, both in strategy and design.

Director: Chen Tan
After managing the accounting and financial operations of an advertising agency for over 6 years, Chen co-founded Vive Group in 2007. Chen oversees the strategic and financial activities of the agency whilst ensuring that our operations and client delivery systems are performing at optimum levels. He loves pandas and is an avid Liverpool supporter!

Senior Account Manager: Felicity Avitabile
With a degree in Business Marketing and Arts specialising in Psychology, Felicity comes to Vive as an established marketing professional who’s spent the last 15 years working in numerous strategic marketing roles for some hugely successful companies across various industries, locally and international. Before joining the team, she spent 7 years at Kmart where she managed some of their most successful and high profile marketing campaigns. Her proven collaborative and approachable stakeholder management skills makes her the perfect fit for our team and our clients.

Senior Account Manager: Louise Caleo
Louise has a diverse background in project marketing, managing innovative and thought provoking campaigns from end to end, both agency and client side. With a degree in marketing communications and a passion for property, architecture and design, Louise adores bringing destinations to life, with creativity and strategy. Her eye for interior styling leads the delivery of highly desirable display centres and interior spaces. On the weekend Louise will be at the beach, or browsing home decor boutiques between almond lattes.

Daniel is a highly driven marketing professional with a passion for all things digital! His particular interest in search engine marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing strategies, and a strong understanding of traditional marketing principles has seen him deliver extraordinary results for a diverse range of organisations, from property to retail. On the weekend, Daniel loves to seek out the best of Melbourne’s food scene and enjoying a few rounds of single malt whisky.

With a Bachelor of Communications, Kelly has over 6 years of advertising and project management experience in various sectors including property, retail, lifestyle, transport, FMCG and events. An excellent multi tasker with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, Kelly also has an unrelenting passion for beauty and skincare. She spends her free time creating personal brand content on social media.

With a Bachelor of Advertising and Masters in Business Information Technology, Rosabel has worked in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Customer Service and Systems Analytics. Positive, meticulous and deadline-driven, Rosabel satisfies her thirst for creativity through her passion for fine food, culture and fashion. Over the weekend, you’ll find her either at a spin class or at a rooftop bar sipping a gin and tonic!

Rachel is constantly in tune with current trends and takes pride in her clean, vibrant design style and captivating photography.

With an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design, Kimberley joined Vive Group in 2010. With immense passion, drive, and a willingness to experiment with all aspects of design, she has grown to be well versed in property branding and communications, and always strives to meet and exceed clients’ expectations. Kimberley’s bright, bubbly, and energetic personality is infectious and shines through in her illustrative and detailed design style.

Minh joins Vive group with more than 10 years experience working as a graphic designer in the medical and property industry. With a strong passion for brand and ‘minimalist’ design, Minh brings his unique style and inspired perspective to any project thrown his way. Minh is a keen cyclist and can be seen cycling down Beach Road on the weekend, enjoying a latte.
