In 2018, Vive Group was engaged to develop a brand name and identity for two luxury residential projects in Glen Iris and Hawthorn by JSTE. JSTE's vision for these projects was to deliver homes of exceptional design and finish quality targeting high net worth owner occupiers and home owners.
Vive Group identified an opportunity to create a lifestyle, "umbrella" brand that would be utilised across both and future projects by JSTE. Following further research and strategy workshops, “Artistry Collective” was born! The Artistry Collective brand evokes quality, individuality and craftsmanship.
Deliverables included brand strategy, brand positioning, logo development, lifestyle photography, landing page, website, hoarding signage, agent's sales book and project brochure.
