OVERVIEW

In late 2018, SightStone engaged Vive Group to create a brand and launch its inaugural land development in Australia, a 160-lot community in Cranbourne East. The project would offer residents an opportunity to live in a boutique neighbourhood with unique positioning adjacent to one of Melbourne's leading sports & recreation precincts, Casey Fields.

 

RESULT

The project name, Aurum was born, which means gold! Coupled with the tagline “A Life to Treasure”, Aurum welcomed prospective purchasers to become part of a 'golden' opportunity. In early 2019, Stage 1A sold out before official launch, a fantastic achievement in a challenging market.

 

Successful deliverables included: project name, tagline, brand development, sales centre customer journey, POS, interior design, launch marketing, project brochure, stage release materials, signage, landing page, project website, digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, eDMs), and campaign management.
