Vive Group were engaged in 2017 to develop the name, brand identity and a range of marketing and communication materials for a bespoke development in Brunswick East. Comprising 34 apartments and 4 townhouses, the development sought to capture the essence of Brunswick and pay homage to its cultural and artistic heart.
Underpinned by the positioning ‘Absolutely Brunswick’, the brand identity Vive Group developed for Halcyon is reflective of the vibrancy, energy and melting pot of cultures that is unique to the area. At once, high design and influenced by ‘street’, the brand identity is compelling, authentic and striking.
The brand roll-out includes signage, sales office branding and fit-out, agents’ books and custom graphics for the facade mesh. The suite of communication material includes web, digital display, posters and brochurse with custom content and commissioned photography.
In addition to producing all creative, strategic and design deliverables, Vive Group project managed the sales office fit-out, directed the photo shoot, oversaw print production and liaised with all third-party suppliers.
