Vive Group was commissioned by Villawood Properties to launch Waratah, a premium 500-lot community in the North-West corridor.
Over half of the development would be part of the Mt Ridley Woodlands Conservation Reserve.
Along with these 40Ha of River Red Gums, Waratah also featured three community-fostering amenities collectively known as Waratah Place.
Vive developed the ‘W’ logo and design to represent the Community Centre, Childcare and Village Green. The three overlapping corners of the brandmark represent these three features.
Based around our concept of Waratah being ‘The Picture of Perfect’, we shot Villawood residents in front of canvas backdrops that featured the future onsite amenities of Waratah.
In the background we showed the majestic River Red Gums of the development.
The success of the project was proved with the launch in November 2015, with 34 lots sold within the first two weeks.
