Overview
The brand identity and sales suite fit-out was created for Aspire Townhomes at Fraser Rise. The main objective was to create an inviting display area, within the confines of a limited corner space of the Aspire land sales office, which could still deliver a memorable customer experience.
The output of specialised signage, unique wall finishes and digital assets come together to tell the story of Aspire Townhomes – creating that inner-city appeal to our young primary audience. The fit-out exuded architectural innovation with treatment of the feature back wall giving a highly urban vibe, thus encouraging enquiry and positively contributing to the sales process.
Successful deliverables included interior design/fitout, digital POS, signage, website landing page and printed collateral.
