Brand identity, marketing communications and sales centre was created and developed for the newest masterplanned community in Lara, on the outskirts of Geelong. The brand positioning, visual identity and creative outputs developed by Vive Group needed to represent the peri-urban lifestyle Lara offers whilst highlighting the project’s key USPs.
After extensive research and refinement, the project name Coridale was selected. Coridale’s brand identity and marketing communications was created to capture the aspirations of the target market and the project’s features. Following a successful digital marketing campaign, Coridale was launched in September 2019 with numerous buyers camping overnight to secure their preferred block. Strong interest continued throughout future stage releases and Coridale remains one of the region’s and Villawood Properties’ best performing projects.
Successful creative agency deliverables included brand identity, project logo, interior design, furniture selection, furniture sourcing, sales office fitout, customer journey, point of sale, project brochure, marketing communications, web banners, digital marketing and signage.
