Developed brand identity and a range of marketing and communication materials for a bespoke development in Brunswick East. Comprising 34 apartments and 4 townhouses, the development sought to capture the essence of Brunswick and pay homage to its cultural and artistic heart.
Underpinned by the positioning ‘Absolutely Brunswick’, the brand identity Vive developed for Halcyon is reflective of the vibrancy, energy and melting pot of cultures that is unique to the area. At once high design and influenced by ‘street’, the brand identity is compelling, authentic and striking.
The brand roll-out includes signage, sales office branding and fit-out, agents’ books and even custom graphics for the mesh that wraps the development’s façade. The suite of communication material includes web, digital display, posters and a 32-page brochure with custom content and commissioned photography. In addition to producing all creative, strategic and design deliverables, Vive project managed the sales office fit-out, directed the photo shoot, oversaw print production and liaised with all third-party suppliers.
