Upper Glen Iris
Developed brand name, brand identity and marketing materials for a boutique development of 25 apartments in Glen Iris. Inspired by the key features of the project including a central courtyard, light-filled residences and premium fittings, we named the development, Luxford.
The brand positioning and logo was designed to reflect prestige and luxury synonymous with high-end fashion brands. The required project marketing collaterals were delivered within 10 weeks and received excellent feedback from both the client and project manager about the quality and efficiency of our services.
Successful deliverables included project name, brand identity, lifestyle photography, aerial photography, brochure, website and the agent’s sales book.
