Vive Group were engaged to bring One Deanside to life – Solovey’s newest boutique community in Deanside. Following the development of a strong and unique brand, key campaign elements for the Registration of Interest (ROI) period and official launch were then designed and delivered.
Despite launching during Victoria's strict COVID19 lockdown in late 2020, 70% of Stage 1 sold out on the first weekend. In particular, through careful budget management and campaign optimisation, One Deanside’s digital and social media campaigns achieved unprecedented results, with cost per lead (CPL) for Facebook and Google well below industry benchmarks.
Key project deliverables included brand strategy and development, logo design, web design and development (landing page and project website), project brochure, stage release collateral, signage and digital marketing including Google Ads, Facebook Ads and eDMs.
